Can you close remotely? In many cases, yes—depending on the transaction, document requirements, and state rules. We have Remote Online Notaries, e-signature and Identity Verification services that make remote closing a breeze. Ask us what options are available for your file.

Do you handle FSBO closings? Yes. If you’re buying or selling without an agent, we’ll guide the closing process and help keep the transaction organized.
